We are looking for a senior Salesforce Business Analyst with extensive expertise in Salesforce business analysis and Health Cloud to lead large\-scale, strategic transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong functional leader who can engage senior stakeholders, shape solution direction, and drive business outcomes through effective requirement management and Salesforce\-enabled process transformation. The ideal candidate should bring strong domain understanding, stakeholder influence, and the ability to guide enterprise\-level Health Cloud programs.

- Lead end\-to\-end business analysis activities for enterprise Salesforce Health Cloud programs
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to define strategic business requirements and solution priorities
- Conduct high\-impact workshops and stakeholder discussions to define business processes, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps
- Drive requirement definition, functional documentation, solution scoping, and traceability across complex programs
- Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business vision and Salesforce Health Cloud best practices
- Provide strategic input into process redesign, patient\-centric workflows, and operating model improvements
- Support program governance by ensuring requirement quality, scope clarity, and stakeholder alignment
- Guide UAT strategy, business validation, and adoption readiness for implemented solutions
- Identify business risks, dependencies, and process gaps and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Mentor junior analysts and support best practices in business analysis and stakeholder engagement

- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and release planning
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem\-solving skills
- Salesforce certifications, especially Health Cloud or Business Analyst related, will be advantageous
