### **Job Description**

Job Requirements\* ➢ \* 2 to 4 years of strong hands\-on experience within the Salesforce, with specific exposure to Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Admin activities .

➢ \* Proven experience working with Manufacturing Cloud entities such as Sales Agreements, Forecasting, Account Manager Targets, and Advanced Account Forecasting, Sales agreement product.

➢ \* Solid foundation in Salesforce Admin Activities: Managing User Roles/Profiles, Security/Sharing rules, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and page layouts .

➢ \* Experience utilizing technical tools like command\-line data loaders for data automation, cleansing, and log parsing .

➢ \* Familiarity with middleware and source team fundamentals to troubleshoot connectivity between Salesforce and source team .

➢ \* Understanding of API integrations , secure connectivity, and basic network protocols.

Key Responsibilities\* ❖ Serve as the functional and technical support resource for Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and general Sales processes.

❖ Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal configuration of sales agreements and account metrics.

❖ Build and maintain automations using Salesforce Flows alongside background data\-loading automation scripts.

❖ Collaborate with source team and middleware teams to troubleshoot data synchronization bugs between Salesforce and source systems .

❖ Monitor, test, and manage secure API endpoints and SSL/PKI certificate lifecycles for Salesforce connected apps .

❖ Participate actively in SIT, and UAT testing phases for quarterly Salesforce releases or custom package deployments.
