Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OMS Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing end\-to\-end Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, omnichannel commerce, integrations, and the complete order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

\* Design and implement end\-to\-end Salesforce OMS solutions.

\* Lead Salesforce OMS implementations as a Solution Architect/Lead.

\* Design scalable and efficient order management architectures.

\* Manage the complete order lifecycle, including

\* Order capture and validation

\* Fulfillment and shipment

\* Cancellation and returns

\* Exchanges and refunds

\* Inventory allocation

\* Reservation availability

\* Order synchronization and closure

\* Design and implement omnichannel fulfillment workflows, including Ship\-from\-Warehouse, Ship\-from\-Store, BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store), order splitting, back\-orders, and pre\-orders.

\* Integrate Salesforce OMS with Commerce/eCommerce platforms, POS, WMS, ERP, payment gateways, and logistics platforms.

\* Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs and event\-driven architecture.

\* Ensure effective data processing, error handling, retry mechanisms, reconciliation, and integration monitoring.

\* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable OMS solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

\* 8\+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.

\* Minimum 3\+ years of hands\-on experience with Salesforce Order Management (OMS).

\* Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Salesforce OMS implementations.

\* Strong knowledge of the Salesforce OMS order lifecycle.

\* Experience designing omnichannel commerce and fulfillment orchestration solutions.

\* Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms and enterprise systems.

\* Deep understanding of REST APIs, middleware, asynchronous/batch processing, and event\-driven architecture.

\* Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and related Salesforce products.

\* Strong understanding of Salesforce OMS data models and Connect APIs.

Preferred Skills

\* Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and AI Agents.

\* Experience using AI Agents to improve order lifecycle management, returns processing, and customer experience.

Pay: From ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
