• *Job Description**

We are hiring an experienced **Salesforce Automation QA Engineer** with strong expertise in **Salesforce Testing** and **Selenium WebDriver**. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience testing **Sales Cloud** and **Service Cloud** applications, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring high\-quality software releases through end\-to\-end testing.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end\-to\-end testing of Salesforce applications.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain Selenium automation test scripts.
• Validate Salesforce functionalities across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks and optimize existing test suites.
• Create test plans, test cases, and detailed execution reports.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver high\-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand\-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test execution.
• Ensure quality across Salesforce releases, deployments, and enhancements.

• *Required Skills**

• 5\+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Salesforce Testing (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, and release management.
• Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and End\-to\-End Testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• API Testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Salesforce release management and deployment experience.
• Salesforce Certification is a plus.
