Job Description

Revolite is looking for an experienced **Salesforce QA Engineer** with **4–6 years of experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in testing Salesforce applications, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex functionality, Salesforce Flow, and **Certinia PSA**. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Salesforce applications, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex functionality, and custom components.
• Validate Salesforce Flow, permissions, sharing models, and managed package constraints.
• Test complex UI workflows and persona\-based user experiences across multiple user roles.
• Validate Salesforce and Certinia PSA customizations to ensure business requirements are met.
• Perform regression testing for Salesforce data model extensions and custom developments.
• Verify integrations, data mapping, APIs, and system touchpoints.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and SMEs throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, release validation, and production deployments.
• Ensure application quality, usability, performance, and data integrity before release.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce QA or Salesforce Testing.
• Strong hands\-on experience testing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex\-based functionality.
• Experience validating Salesforce Flow, Permissions, Sharing Models, and Managed Package Constraints.
• **Hands\-on experience with Certinia PSA (Mandatory).**
• Experience testing Salesforce customizations and data model extensions.
• Strong understanding of integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data mapping.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, regression suites, and UAT documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools.
• Knowledge of Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
• Salesforce QA Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with structured governance and release management.
