Strong understanding of Salesforce Flow Automation

• Good knowledge of Lead Conversion processes
• Experience troubleshooting and testing Omni\-Channel functionality
• Hands\-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of Einstein features and related Salesforce capabilities
• Experience working with Knowledge Articles
• Understanding of key Salesforce objects and their relationships for testing purposes

Testing \& Automation Requirements

• Hands\-on experience in QA testing within Salesforce environments
• Strong Test Automation experience (preferred)
• Experience creating and executing test cases, regression testing, and defect management
• Exposure to testing Salesforce customisations, workflows, and integrations

Integration Experience

• Experience testing third\-party integrations with Salesforce
• Understanding of API/integration testing concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain Salesforce testing scenarios and troubleshooting approaches

Pay: ₹120,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
