A Salesforce Technical Architect responsible for designing scalable, high\-performance solutions, leading technical

delivery, and managing client engagements end\-to\-end..

Responsibilities \& Skills

 Collaborate with clients to define requirements, outcomes, and expectations

 Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and architecture

 Lead technical design sessions; create and review solution architecture

 Provide governance, code reviews, and enforce best practices

 Design and review integration architecture (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, MuleSoft)

 Ensure performance, scalability, and governor limit compliance

Identify and manage technical risks and mitigation strategies

 Oversee end\-to\-end delivery (development, integrations, data migration)

 Optimize application performance and system scalability

 Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, and project tracking

 Support pre\-sales activities (discovery, POCs, solutioning)

 Liaise with product teams and support client implementations

 Debug issues and ensure smooth technical delivery

 10\+ years experience, including 5\+ years in Salesforce implementations

 Strong Salesforce development expertise

 Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Batch

 LWC, Lightning Framework, Visualforce

 Expertise in integration patterns

 Synchronous, asynchronous, event\-driven

 Hands\-on with Platform Events \& CDC

 Experience in

 Enterprise data modeling

 Large data volume handling \& performance tuning

 Reducing technical debt \& building reusable solutions

 Strong understanding of SDLC \& Agile methodologies

 Experience in project delivery, team leadership, and client management

 Ability to convert requirements into project plans and architecture

 Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project

 Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk reporting

 Ability to mentor teams and ensure delivery quality

 Industry specific certifications(Sales/Service/Marketing/PSS)
