Job Description
Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Experience: 10–14 Years
Type: Remote, with a mandatory visit to the client location for one week during onboarding (Mumbai/Bangalore)
Shift: 2 PM–11:30 PM IST
Priority: First Priority
Must\-Have Skills : Strong experience in Salesforce engineering, technical leadership, Apex, Flow modernization, code reviews, sprint estimation, defect management, and release readiness. Mandatory skills: Advanced Apex, SOQL/SOSL, trigger handlers, bulkification, Batch/Queueable/Scheduled Apex, governor limits, performance debugging, Salesforce Flows, Process Builder/Workflow migration, Apex\-Flow interactions, regression planning, and Own Backup backup/restore and recovery verification. Experience with automated testing, regression suites, Gearset, Git, Salesforce CLI, unit testing, deployment troubleshooting, and release quality gates is required.
