Legendary Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional

• *Salesforce Technical Lead** to join our team for the long term.

This isn’t a role for someone who only creates architecture diagrams or simply

completes assigned development tasks. We’re looking for a technical leader who

can engage with clients and executives, understand the business behind every

request, design scalable Salesforce solutions, write production\-quality code,

mentor team members, manage technical delivery, and take ownership of complex

implementations.

#### **About the Role**

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you’ll play a critical role in delivering

enterprise\-grade Salesforce solutions while leading technical strategy and

mentoring the development team. You’ll work closely with clients, business

stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure every solution is scalable,

secure, and aligned with business goals.

#### **Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain high\-quality, production\-ready Salesforce applications.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices.
• Design and implement integrations with third\-party systems.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead technical discussions with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence across the team.
• Review code, establish development standards, and oversee technical delivery.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and drive successful project outcomes.

#### **Requirements**

• 7\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce development experience.
• Advanced expertise in:

+ Apex

+ Lightning Web Components (LWC)

+ Salesforce Integrations

+ Security and Sharing Model

+ Solution Architecture

+ DevOps and Deployment Practices

• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong client\-facing and executive communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to both technical and

non\-technical stakeholders.

• A collaborative mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing,

continuous improvement, and raising team standards.

• **Work Schedule:** Availability during normal U.S. Eastern

and Pacific business hours is required.
