• *Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Vlocity Developer (B2C) with 5\+ years of experience in Sales Console and Agent Console within a Telecom BSS environment to design end‑to‑end customer journeys and order fulfillment processes using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). The candidate will work closely with business, L2/L3 support teams, and architects to enhance system capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Develop and enhance Sales Console \& Agent Console (Vlocity UI layers) for B2C journeys

Build and maintain OmniStudio components – Omniscripts, Integration Procedures (IP), DataRaptors (DR), and Flexcards

Configure and customize customer journeys (Shop, Signup, Port‑In, Relocation, etc.)

Integrate external systems using APIs for customer eligibility, credit checks, and order validation

Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions

• *Technical Skills Expertise in:**

Salesforce Platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components preferred)

Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)

OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedure)

REST/SOAP APIs, external system integration patterns

Pay: ₹379,405\.58 \- ₹926,661\.21 per year
