 We are seeking a SAP System Administrator to support all SAP landscapes through user and role administration, access management, incident resolution, monitoring, transport management, and release coordination.

 Join our collaborative team in Bengaluru, working closely with business users, functional teams, and operational stakeholders to keep SAP systems secure, stable, and available.

In this role you’ll make an impact by

 Managing user and role administration across SAP landscapes, including support and project\-related access activities.

 Handling access management and resolving authorization\-related incidents efficiently.

 Monitoring SAP systems and background jobs, investigating issues, and supporting root cause analysis.

 Coordinating transport management, release activities, and client administration to ensure smooth system changes.

 Working with SOLMAN, OSS messages, change requests, testing activities, and cross\-functional stakeholders.

 Supporting business continuity by maintaining reliable SAP operations across the global landscape.

To succeed you must hold

Education and experience

 A bachelor’s degree in B. Tech/B.E./MBA or an equivalent qualification.

 5–6 years of experience in SAP System Administration and total experience not exceeding 9 years

 Hands\-on experience with SAP NetWeaver ABAP stack, SAP Security, access management, and user/role administration.

 SAP Security certification is a plus, but not mandatory.

Skills and knowledge

 Strong understanding of SAP Security and authorizations

 Experience with incident handling and root cause analysis

 Knowledge of transport and release management

 Familiarity with client administration

 Ability to manage system monitoring and background job monitoring

 Experience with SOLMAN / change request handling

 Knowledge of OSS message handling

 Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SOD) concepts

 Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

Language requirement

 Strong written and spoken English is required.

 This is a mixed operational and project role with global responsibility across the SAP landscape. The focus is on keeping systems secure, stable, and available while supporting business users and ensuring compliance with access and change processes.

Ways of working

 Office\-first setup: 3 days in office and 2 days’ work from home per week

 Working hours: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM, with flexibility depending on releases and issue resolution

 Travel: Minimal or occasional, depending on business needs
