The BTC will be a core and connected part of our business, bringing together colleagues who report into their respective part of C\&P, working together with other functions across bp. This is an exciting time to join bp and the customers \& products BTC! **About the Role** The Super User acts as an SAP Domain Expert and supports the entire Customer Fulfilment department on SAP related matters. This team runs the entire outbound logistics from our plants and warehouses in Belgium and France. From the moment our Castrol product rolls of the factory conveyor belt up until delivery at our internal warehouses and customers. As a single point of contact, your objective in this role is to handle, monitor and ensure a smooth operation of the SAP modules across the CF department and to communicate effectively across teams and functions such as Finance, Customer Service and IT. In this role you will play a vital role across our supply chain, to ensure all movements and transactions run seamlessly from a system perspective, so that our customers get their products delivered in time and our suppliers paid accurately. **What you will deliver** * Define and handle business requirements to ensure the IT solutions delivered meet the business\-user expectations. This can vary from structural improvements to imminent system incidents. * Ensure business knowledge is gathered and clearly communicated, including figuring out business impact of issues, setting priorities and benefits related to local SAP matters. * Actively identify SAP areas for improvement/enhancement: bring together, analyze and align stakeholder requirements related to CF West and prioritize the improvement pipeline with the IT support teams. * Identify, analyze, resolve, approve, implement and test SAP incidents/tickets, new releases, improvements and SAP upgrades. * Provide day\-to\-day SAP support to and share knowledge with local supply chain teams. * Call out and develop alternative business procedures in emergencies or during fix by recommending ad\-hoc alternatives. * Responsible for updating and training staff on new CF SAP procedures and new CF SAP process descriptions. * Support and guide GSC Business Teams, Process Architects, Solution Managers and Project Managers * **Shift Timings IST: 12:30 pm \- 9:30 pm (Oct\-Mar) / 11:30 am \- 8:30 pm (Apr\-Sep).** Note: work hours may vary due to daylight saving time changes **Experience and Qualifications** Minimum level: Bachelor degree in economics or logistics, including work experience in an international environment Fluent English; Dutch and French are an asset 5 to 8 years of experience with the latest logistics SAP module is a must Strong affinity with IT is a must Knowledge of logistics (order\-to\-cash) processes and flows Desire to continuously improve and streamline the current processes Basic knowledge of production processes is an asset You will work with \- CF West team with 22 members across Belgium, France and UK (majority in Belgium Lubes Plant \- Ghent) **Why join bp** At bp, we support our people to learn and grow in a diverse and challenging environment.
