• *Job Title:** BMC Remedy Senior Engineer

• *Experience:** 5\-12 years

• *Location:** Pune

• *What You Will Be Doing:**

End to end ownership for product enhancements, bug fixes – design to deploy

Interact with Product Management / Architects / Team Members to understand the scope of new requirements

Provide resolution for product defects

Work with geographically diverse cross\-functional teams to coordinate the development work

Work on customer issue resolution and proactive problem solving

• *All you need is:**

5 to 10 years of experience in Remedy Workflow development

Experience in BMC Remedy Application development is must

Strong knowhow of functional and design aspects of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite is a must

Experience with BMC products like DWP, Helix platform, HSSO is preferable

Experience in developing enterprise software products

Experience of developing/accessing Web Services including good knowledge of SOAP \& REST protocols, Web development using Java\-script/Jason will be an added advantage

Good understanding of troubleshooting multi\-layered application is required

Excellent communication skills and experience in working with remote teams

Available to work from Pune or Bangalore

BCP certification in any product lines is an added advantage
