SAP Commissions Architect (TQM) – Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Commissions Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of commission management solutions within the SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud) platform.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in commission management systems, SAP Commissions architecture, integrations, incentive compensation processes, and solution design. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to deliver scalable and efficient commission solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the overall architecture and solution design for SAP Commissions implementations.
• Design and optimize commission management systems to support business objectives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP Commissions solutions, including compensation plans, rules, and calculation frameworks.
• Design and manage integrations between SAP Commissions and external systems.
• Ensure seamless data flow across enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Support project planning, estimation, deployment, and post\-production activities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and solution quality.

• 7–11 years of experience in SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud).
