Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **SAP CRM On\-Premise Functional Lead** with strong hands\-on expertise in **SAP CRM 7\.0**, particularly the Service module. The ideal candidate will lead functional implementation activities, gather and analyze business requirements, perform functional configuration, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver end\-to\-end SAP CRM solutions.

Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered if they have prior hands\-on experience with SAP CRM On\-Premise and can quickly transition back to SAP CRM 7\.0\.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for SAP CRM 7\.0 On\-Premise implementation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to the SAP CRM Service module.
• Perform functional configuration and customization based on business requirements.
• Understand service\-related business processes and recommend appropriate SAP CRM solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP and other technical consultants.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
• Support functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide functional guidance to the project team and independently manage assigned workstreams.
• Identify and resolve functional issues and support end\-to\-end implementation activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and successful implementation outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 9\+ years of overall experience in SAP CRM functional consulting.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **SAP CRM 7\.0 On\-Premise**.
• Proven functional expertise in the **SAP CRM Service module**.
• Experience in SAP CRM configuration, implementation, and business process mapping.
• Strong understanding of service processes and SAP CRM functionalities.
• Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with ABAP developers and technical consultants.
• Experience in functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect management.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional activities in a new implementation project.
• Candidates with SAP C4C experience must have previous hands\-on SAP CRM On\-Premise experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP CRM implementation projects from requirements gathering through go\-live.
• Strong client\-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to join immediately or within one week.
• Availability to work remotely during the 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST shift.

Important Requirement

• *SAP CRM 7\.0 On\-Premise and SAP CRM Service module experience are mandatory.** Candidates with only SAP C4C or SAP Sales Cloud experience, without prior SAP CRM On\-Premise implementation experience, will not be considered.
