SAP Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP Executive to manage SAP support activities,

IT infrastructure, system maintenance, and technical support for smooth business

operations. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in ERP systems, networking,

hardware troubleshooting, and software management.

• *Key Responsibilities**

 Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software systems.

 Creating and managing user accounts and profiles on the network.

 Installing and configuring operating systems such as Windows/Linux, antivirus

software, firewall security solutions (Sophos), CCTV systems, mail servers, and Microsoft 365 applications.

 Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, system, and network\-related issues.

 Managing and maintaining hardware and software inventory records.

 Performing server backup management to prevent data loss.

 Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT\-related concerns.

 Supporting implementation and roll\-out of new applications and software.

 Maintaining records of technical issues and resolutions for future reference.

 Coordinating with internal departments for ERP and system support requirements.

 Monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth network operations.

 Experience in SQL and ERP software such as SAP B1 or Oracle ERP will be preferred.

• *Required Skills**

 Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.

 Hands\-on experience in SAP B1 / Oracle ERP support.

 Knowledge of SQL database management.

 Experience with firewall, CCTV, server backup, and Microsoft 365\.

 Good communication and problem\-solving skills.

 Ability to handle multiple technical tasks independently.

• *Qualification**

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• *Experience**

Minimum 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience in IT Support / SAP Support / ERP

Management.

• *Preferred Industry**

Manufacturing / Cable / Wiring Harness Industry Preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
