Job Summary

We are seeking an achievement\-driven Senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant to lead and execute full\-lifecycle SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands\-on experience designing, configuring, and deploying SAP Financials, along with a deep understanding of core business processes in Finance and Accounting. You will play a critical role in translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, specifically within S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

. End\-to\-End Implementation: Drive full\-lifecycle SAP FICO implementation projects, including conducting detailed AS\-IS studies, developing TO\-BE processes tailored to client requirements, FIT\-GAP analysis, Business Blueprinting, Realization, Final Configuration, and Go\-Live support.

. Core Module Configuration: Configure standard Financial Accounting modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (A/R), Accounts Payables (A/P), Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting (AA), and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS).

. Cross\-Functional Integration: Manage the seamless integration of FI with Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.

. Process Expertise: Oversee and optimize end\-to\-end business processes, specifically Order\-to\-Cash (OTC) and Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P), alongside robust Asset Management configurations in S/4HANA.

. Data \& Interface Management: Configure IDOC settings, troubleshoot/debug data flow processes, and utilize LSMW for legacy data migrations and mass updates.

. System Enhancements: Develop and implement custom validation rules, substitutions, and other system enhancements to satisfy specific user requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

. Experience: Approximately 11\+ years of rich, domain\-level experience in Finance \& Accounts, paired with extensive hands\-on expertise as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.

. Implementation Track Record: Proven, hands\-on experience executing end\-to\-end SAP FICO implementations, not just support or maintenance.

. S/4HANA: Solid working experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture, Asset Management, and related innovations.

. Technical Acumen: Good working knowledge of the debug process, IDOCs, LSMW, Validations, and Substitutions.

. Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills for client\-facing workshops (blueprinting/AS\-IS vs. TO\-BE), and an achievement\-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

. Certification: Active SAP FICO or S/4HANA Financials Certification is highly preferred.

. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
