• *Job Description:** Controlling Lead (SAP) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Controlling Lead to drive design and delivery of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions across S/4HANA implementation and transformation engagements. The role requires deep functional expertise in controlling master data and processes, strong leadership of design workshops, and the ability to guide junior team members to independently own and deliver their workstreams. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in detailed design discussions and in leading cross\-functional, end\-to end conversations with client stakeholders.

• *Experience Required:** 10 years of hands\-on SAP Controlling experience, including at least one full\-cycle S/4HANA implementation or transformation Proven experience leading or co\-leading the design phase of implementations, including requirements gathering, design workshops, and design documentation (BBPs/functional specs) Demonstrated experience presenting and defending design decisions to client stakeholders and leadership.

• *Core Functional Skills:** Hands\-on design and configuration experience across the following controlling areas: Master data design: Cost centre, profit centre, and internal order structures Profit Centre design and restructuring, including organizational realignment and hierarchy redesign Cost allocation design: assessment/distribution cycles, allocation methodologies, and allocation structures Product costing: cost estimates, standard costing, variance analysis, and cost object controlling Margin analysis and profitability analysis (CO\-PA): account\-based and/or costing based profitability reporting, characteristic and value field design.

• *Leadership \& Delivery Responsibilities**: Lead controlling design workshops and drive discussions to closure with clients and cross\-functional teams Own end\-to\-end delivery of controlling workstream deliverables, from design through configuration, testing, and go\-live support Lead and mentor junior team members — assign ownership of deliverables, review quality of work, and coach on both functional and consulting skills Act as the primary point of accountability for the controlling workstream’s deliverables and timelines within the broader project plan Escalate risks/issues proactively and manage stakeholder expectations.

• *Cross\-Functional / End\-to\-End Knowledge:** Working understanding of adjacent SAP processes to enable holistic, end\-to\-end design discussions, including: RTR (Record to Report) Project Systems (PS) Procurement (MM/Sourcing \& Procurement) Sales \& Distribution (SD) Ability to identify and resolve cross\-module design dependencies and integration points (e.g., CO\-PA integration with SD, cost object integration with PS/PP)

• *Preferred / Nice\-to\-Have:** SAP S/4HANA certification in Controlling or Finance Exposure to SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Experience with Managed vs. Legal view / group reporting concepts Prior consulting experience in a Big 4 or similar advisory environment

• *Soft Skills:** Strong client\-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills Ability to translate business requirements into functional design and technical specifications Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast\-paced project environments Team leadership and mentoring capability.

Pay: ₹2,700,000\.00 \- ₹2,800,000\.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
