SAP FICO Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO QA Test Analyst with over 8\+ years ofexperience in SAP Finance testing, specializing in Record\-to\-Report (RTR) and Revenue Accountingand Reporting (RAR) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FICO functional testing, end\-to\-end business process validation, integration testing, defect management, and test automation support across SAP S/4HANA environments.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing for SAP FICO modules.
• Validate end\-to\-end Record\-to\-Report (RTR) business processes, including:
• + General Ledger (GL)

+ Accounts Payable (AP)

+ Accounts Receivable (AR)

+ Asset Accounting (AA)

+ Bank Accounting

+ Financial Closing and Reporting

• Test and validate SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) processes:
• + Revenue Recognition

+ Contract Accounting

+ Performance Obligations

+ Revenue Posting and Adjustments

+ IFRS15 / ASC606 compliance requirements

• Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, regression, and end\-to\-end testing across SAP and integrated applications.
• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Business Users.
• Support release management, deployment validation, and post\-production testing.
• Participate in requirement workshops and provide quality assurance recommendations.

SAP Functional Expertise in SAP FI/CO testing, S/4 Hana Finance

• Testing Expertise inFunctional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing etc.

• *Required knowledge on the below Tools**

• JIRA
• HP ALM / Quality Center
• Azure DevOps
• SAP Solution Manager
• Excel and Reporting Tools

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of IFRS15 and ASC606 revenue recognition standards.
• Experience testing integrations with SAP FI with SD OTC etc.
• Exposure to SAP Test Automation tools (Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, CBTA, etc.).
• SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
