SAP FSCM Functional Senior Consultant

• *Position Summary**

• *Level: SAP FSCM Senior Consultant**

We are seeking an SAP FSCM Senior Consultant with experience to drive the design discussions, work on configuration, implementation, testing, and post\-go\-live support of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management solutions. The role will focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance, Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, dispute management, and integration with SAP finance and sales processes.

• *Must have Skills:**

• 6 to 12 years of SAP functional consulting experience, with hands\-on experience in SAP FSCM or SAP S/4HANA version 2021 / 2023 / 2025\.
• Experience in at least one SAP implementation, rollout, or major enhancement project.
• Strong understanding of SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Order \-to\-Cash processes.
• Project experience working at Solution Architect level for the following FSCM modules
• SAP FSCM Credit Management
• SAP FSCM Collections Management
• SAP FSCM Dispute Management
• SAP Cash and Liquidity Management
• Working knowledge of SAP FI\-AR, FI\-GL, SD billing, customer master data, and credit exposure.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and SAP process flows.
• Experience in leading stakeholder / business user discussions and solution architecture.
• Understanding of integration between FSCM, SD, FI, Treasury, and S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience supporting data migration, reconciliation, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder\-management, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of SAP FSCM architecture – Credit management, collection management and Dispute Management and its integration with SAP S/4HANA Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in SAP Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex accounting requirements into SAP configuration, with clear communication across finance, actuarial and technical teams.

• *Good to have Skills:**

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification and ability to lead and guide junior team members

• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging, interfaces, workflows, and IDocs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Experience in global template, rollout, or shared\-service transformation projects.

• *Qualification:**

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related discipline. Master’s degree or MBA with a finance specialization is an advantage
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA are a plus, especially for candidates with banking or insurance experience.
