### **Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU FICA Consultant with strong hands\-on expertise in SAP IS\-U Financial Contract Accounting (FI\-CA). The ideal candidate should have experience managing day\-to\-day SAP IS\-U FICA operations, resolving production issues, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth business operations.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and support day\-to\-day SAP IS\-U FICA operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective workarounds while root\-cause analysis is in progress.
• Monitor and support SAP batch jobs and scheduling activities.
• Support SAP IS\-U FICA integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Handle incidents and support timely resolution of technical and functional issues.
• Work independently and collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.

### **Requirements**

### **Required Skills \& Experience**

• 8\+ years of relevant hands\-on experience in SAP IS\-U FICA.
• Strong understanding of SAP IS\-U FICA operations and production support.
• Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and root\-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
• Familiarity with SAP IS\-U FICA integration with other SAP modules and external applications.
• Ability to identify process improvements and operational workarounds.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business stakeholders.
