The candidate should demonstrate strong hands\-on experience across the following areas:

• **Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P) Configuration:** Configure and support end\-to\-end P2P processes in **SAP S/4HANA**, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and related procurement processes.
• **Inventory \& Logistics Management:** Configure and support inventory and logistics processes, including **Stock Transport Orders (STO), physical inventory, batch management, subcontracting, and vendor consignment**.
• **Cross\-Module Integration:** Demonstrate strong integration knowledge between **SAP Materials Management (MM)** and related modules, particularly **Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP)**.
• **Functional Specifications \& Interfaces:** Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed functional specifications for **ABAP developers**, covering custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, and integrations using **IDocs, APIs, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)**.
• **Testing \& Quality Assurance:** Participate in all phases of testing, including **unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution**. Create test scenarios, test cases, and test data, and collaborate with testing teams on **automated test scripts**.
• **Implementation \& Production Support:** Support **cutover, go\-live, end\-user training, hypercare, and post\-production support**, including troubleshooting and resolution of SAP MM functional issues.
• **Business Process Analysis:** Understand existing business processes across global regions and plants, including the current **Material Requirements Planning (MRP)** landscape and its upstream and downstream systems.
• **Process Transformation:** Partner with business and technology stakeholders to transition legacy processes and systems toward standardized, industry\-aligned processes using **SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM)**.
• **Requirements \& Fit\-to\-Standard Analysis:** Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and **Fit\-to\-Standard/Fit\-Gap assessments** to document as\-is and to\-be processes, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate process or technology solutions.
• **Global SAP S/4HANA Deployment:** Support the deployment of **SAP S/4HANA MM** across global sites and facilitate integration with legacy systems and other enterprise applications.
• **Solution Design \& Customization:** Assess requirements for customization, identify and prioritize **RICEFW** objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows), and provide effort\-sizing inputs in collaboration with technical teams.
• **Functional \& Technical Documentation:** Develop functional specifications, key design documents, prototypes, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) as required.
• **SAP MM Technical Integration:** Apply strong functional knowledge of **IDocs, BAdIs, SAP Fiori applications, APIs, EDI, and other relevant SAP integration technologies** while collaborating with ABAP and integration teams.
• **Test Strategy \& Planning:** Define the overall test strategy, scope, approach, test plans, scenarios, schedules, entry/exit criteria, and required test evidence for project releases.
• **End\-to\-End Testing:** Coordinate and support **System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and other relevant testing phases** across releases of the program.
• **Defect Management:** Ensure defects are accurately documented, analyzed, prioritized, assigned, tracked, retested, and followed through to closure.
• **Test Governance:** Ensure test evidence, documentation, traceability, and business/technical sign\-offs are completed in accordance with project governance standards.
• **Test Automation:** Work closely with the Test Automation team, providing SAP MM functional expertise to design and develop automated test scenarios and scripts using **Tricentis Tosca for SAP S/4HANA**.
• **Production Support \& Troubleshooting:** Investigate and resolve SAP MM functional issues and collaborate with technical teams to address defects and integration issues.
• **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve SAP MM processes, solution design, testing efficiency, system performance, and overall business outcomes.
• **8\+ years** of hands\-on SAP MM functional experience, preferably including SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
• Strong configuration knowledge across **Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P), purchasing, inventory management, STO, physical inventory, batch management, subcontracting, and vendor consignment**.
• Strong understanding of integration between **SAP MM and FI/CO, SD, and PP**.
• Experience with requirements gathering, Fit\-to\-Standard analysis, solution design, functional specifications, and RICEFW objects.
• Experience across **SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, cutover, go\-live, and production support**.
• Functional understanding of **IDocs, BAdIs, SAP Fiori, APIs, EDI, and ABAP\-related enhancements**.
• Experience supporting **test automation using Tricentis Tosca** is highly desirable.
• Experience working on **multi\-site or global SAP S/4HANA deployments** is preferred.
