Job Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Production Planner / PPC Executive** to manage production planning, scheduling, inventory tracking, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations by aligning customer demand, resource availability, and manufacturing capacity while driving operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and available capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure timely execution of production schedules.
• Monitor production performance against planned targets and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
• Track and analyze key manufacturing KPIs such as:
• OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• OTIF (On\-Time In\-Full Delivery)
• Production Efficiency
• Machine Utilization
• Inventory Accuracy
• Prepare and publish MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
• Maintain production databases and generate reports for capacity planning and decision\-making.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability to avoid production disruptions.
• Identify production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer service levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and manufacturing operations.
• Ensure accurate data management within ERP systems.
