### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing business processes, quality control methodologies, and their integration within the SAP ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver robust SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP PP and QM modules, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post\-go\-live support.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their manufacturing and quality processes, identify pain points, and propose effective SAP solutions.
• Perform detailed configuration of SAP PP functionalities such as Master Data (Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings), MRP, Production Orders, Process Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
• Configure SAP QM functionalities including Quality Planning (inspection plans, master inspection characteristics), Quality Inspection, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, and integration with other modules.
• Design and implement interfaces between SAP PP/QM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PM) as well as external systems.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments (enhancements, reports, forms) and work closely with ABAP developers to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide end\-user training and create detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues related to SAP PP/QM modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, particularly in S/4HANA, to recommend continuous improvements.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively, communicating progress and potential risks to project stakeholders.
