About the Role
Netweaver Technovations is seeking a highly motivated and result\-oriented professional who can drive both SAP Talent Acquisition and Business Development activities. The ideal candidate should possess experience in SAP recruitment, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management within the SAP and ERP ecosystem.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with SAP consulting, staffing, implementation, support, and training projects while contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit SAP professionals across various modules including SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, ABAP, Basis, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and S/4HANA.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and continuously update a database of SAP consultants, trainers, freelancers, and project resources.
- Negotiate compensation, contractual terms, and vendor agreements.
- Build and maintain a strong SAP talent pipeline for current and future staffing requirements.
Client Acquisition \& Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients for SAP Staffing, SAP Implementation, SAP Support, and SAP Corporate Training services.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering discussions.
- Prepare proposals, commercials, and service agreements.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, consulting firms, and educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition and revenue generation.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients and SAP professionals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track and report recruitment and business development KPIs.
- Support clients with staffing and consulting requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience in IT Recruitment, ERP Staffing, or SAP Hiring.
- Experience in Corporate Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong networking and relationship\-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (HR/Marketing), BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in SAP Recruitment, IT Staffing, ERP Consulting, or SAP Sales.
- Existing network of SAP consultants and corporate clients will be an added advantage.
