- *SAP SuccessFactors Compensation SME**

- *Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation SME to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SuccessFactors Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in compensation planning, variable pay, and compensation processes, and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant compensation solutions.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, merit increases, bonus planning, promotions, and long\-term incentive programs.
- Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, worksheets, route maps, compensation statements, and workflows.
- Support annual compensation review cycles, testing, data validation, and production readiness activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Payroll, and business stakeholders to optimize compensation processes.
- Configure and support Variable Pay, including bonus plans, business goals, employee objectives, and payout calculations.
- Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central, Payroll, SAP HCM, and third\-party applications.
- Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and provide functional support during compensation cycles.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, configuration workbooks, user documentation, and training materials.
- Support system upgrades, release management, regression testing, and quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases.
- Provide guidance to functional consultants and participate in solution reviews and best practice discussions.
- Ensure adherence to data security, audit, and compliance requirements.
- *Required Skills**
- 6–10 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with strong expertise in SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Hands\-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
- Strong understanding of compensation planning, salary review processes, incentive programs, budgets, and eligibility rules.
- Experience with Employee Central integration and HR master data.
- Knowledge of role\-based permissions (RBP), business rules, workflows, and MDF objects.
- Experience supporting annual compensation cycles and production support activities.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs, and middleware (CPI/BTP Integration Suite) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification (preferred).
- Experience with Variable Pay implementations.
- Exposure to Employee Central, Performance \& Goals, and Talent Management modules.
- Experience in global compensation processes and multi\-country implementations.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and ITIL processes.
