SCRAPING & AUTOMATION ENGINEER (Python)

• *SCRAPING \& AUTOMATION ENGINEER (Python)**

• *Remote · India · Trial $1,000/mo → $1,500–$2,500/mo base \+ Uncapped Project Bounties (Seniors earn $3,000–$5,000\+/mo total)**

• *The Mission**

We collect critical legal, financial, and compliance data from heavily defended public websites. We don't care about corporate titles or years of experience. We care about execution, velocity, and code that works.

• *What You Need**

• Python mastery (Async, Requests, Playwright/Puppeteer).
• Basic web knowledge (HTML/DOM, APIs, JSON).
• Relentless problem\-solving grit. When a scraper breaks or gets blocked, you figure out why and fix it—period.

• *What You’ll Learn Here**

Proxy rotation, fingerprint spoofing, Cloudflare bypass, DataDome, Kasada, and building high\-scale data pipelines. You don't need to be an expert on day one, but you MUST be capable of learning fast.

• *Who Wins Here**

Engineers who finish what they start. Our top team members started as junior devs and quickly grew into senior earners because they ship fast and don't need handholding. If you want a comfortable job to coast, do not apply. If you want to grind, build, and unlock uncapped earnings, this is for you.

• *How to Apply — 3 Mandatory Steps**

1\. Loom Video (Screen recording only, no face needed): Show us a quick script running against ANY Cloudflare\-protected site, rotating proxies, and outputting structured JSON. Say your name and today's date on screen at the start. (Pro tip: This tests your resourcefulness. Figure it out).

2\. GitHub Profile: We look at your commit activity, not star counts. Show us you code regularly.

3\. Resume \+ 1 Finished Project: Link us to one tool, script, or project you built from start to finish. Small is fine—finished is mandatory.

Missing any of the 3 steps \= Instant rejection.

• *What Happens Next**

Pass the filter → Paid 30\-day trial at $1,000 \+ project bounties from Day 1\.

Pass the trial → Move to higher base salary \+ uncapped project bounties. No cap on earnings, no corporate bureaucracy.
