*Scrum Master – Job Description**

Experience – 8\+ years.

*Key Responsibilities**

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective.

Manage team delivery, dependencies, risks, impediments, and blockers.
Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
Ensure Agile practices are followed and drive continuous improvement.
Track sprint progress, delivery commitments, and Agile metrics.

*Technical Skills**

Basic understanding of **SDLC and software application architecture**.
Understanding of **.NET framework concepts and application structure**.

Exposure and understanding to React applications and **Micro Frontend architecture**

Awareness and understanding of **design patterns**
Understanding of **cloud frameworks, cloud concepts, and cloud\-based applications, with focus on Azure and GCP**
Basic understanding of **CI/CD, source control, build, testing, and deployment**.
Understanding of **DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments**.
Familiarity with **Jira, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker and similar tools**.
