• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
• Ensure the team understands and follows Agile principles and values.
• Track and remove impediments to team progress.
• Utilize **JIRA** and **Confluence** to manage project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Monitor and improve team velocity and other Agile metrics.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a servant leader, coaching the team in Agile practices and self\-organization.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

• *Key Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a **product\-based company**.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practices.
• Expertise in using **JIRA** and **Confluence** for Agile project management and documentation.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are a plus.

• *Preferred Background:**

• Experience working in fast\-paced, innovative product teams.
• Proven track record of managing cross\-functional teams and driving successful project deliveries.
• Familiarity with scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
