J**ob Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scrum Master \& Project Manager to lead cross\-functional teams in delivering high\-quality projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.
Foster a collaborative and self\-organizing team environment.
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and facilitate process improvements.
Project Management Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross\-functional teams to ensure project success.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and project management frameworks.
Hands\-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem\-solving, conflict resolution, and decision\-making abilities.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
