Job Title: Scrum Master Trainer – Agile \& Scrum MethodologyJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable **Scrum Master Trainer** to deliver high\-quality training to students, working professionals, project managers, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, sprint planning, team facilitation, and Agile project management.

The trainer should be able to explain Scrum concepts through real\-world examples, practical exercises, case studies, and interactive workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Explain Scrum roles, accountabilities, events, artifacts, and commitments.
• Train participants on the responsibilities of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers.
• Cover sprint planning, daily Scrum, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Explain product backlogs, sprint backlogs, user stories, and product goals.
• Train participants on backlog refinement, estimation techniques, story points, and velocity.
• Demonstrate how to facilitate Scrum events and remove impediments affecting team progress.
• Explain servant leadership, team collaboration, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Cover Agile principles, the Agile Manifesto, and Scrum values.
• Provide practical exposure to Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Explain Scrum metrics, burndown charts, burnup charts, and sprint reporting.
• Introduce Kanban, hybrid Agile approaches, and scaling frameworks where applicable.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Conduct mock assessments and guide participants in Scrum Master certification preparation.
• Share real\-time industry scenarios and best practices for working with Agile teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Practical experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Project Manager.
• Good understanding of sprint planning, backlog management, Scrum events, and team facilitation.
• Experience coaching teams and resolving impediments.
• Knowledge of Agile estimation, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly using practical examples and interactive sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent relevant certification.
• Experience delivering Scrum Master training to freshers, working professionals, or corporate teams.
• Real\-time experience working with Agile and Scrum teams in software development projects.
• Knowledge of SAFe or other Agile scaling frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience conducting online training, classroom sessions, or corporate workshops.
• Ability to guide participants in Scrum Master interview preparation and certification exams.
