Advisor Services Technology is seeking driven, results\-oriented Software Development Engineers who share our passion for technology, innovation, and excellence. This role focuses on advancing test automation, ensuring software quality, and shaping best practices while partnering with engineers across the full software development lifecycle to deliver high\-quality product releases on time.

• *What you have**
• ----------------

Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define approach and scope of software requirements (decompose stories, design and implement features)

Deliver new features, working alongside development peers in an agile environment

Serve as an informal leader helping with code reviews and mentoring junior team members

Utilize AI and other automated software test tools and frameworks such as test\-driven development to achieve the highest quality in software delivery.

Support and triage issues and participate in production support to help develop resilient and secure systems to prevent issues that impact our clients.

Experience in building enterprise scale web solutions based upon n\-tier architecture using open source technologies (Angular / React), Microsoft Web API, and SQL / No\-SQL Databases.

• Experience and demonstrate proficiency in web based technologies such as Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, Backbone, Bootstrap, Node or similar
• Experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, Angular, PCF, Bamboo, GitHub
• Solid understanding in web application environments and development tools, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies.
• Develops solutions and coordinates with teams to enhance application support
• Enhances processes to ensure legal and ethical data compliance
• Innovates solutions that strengthen incident response and mitigate outcomes
• Generates effective QA testing solutions that boost operational performance and product integrity
• Enhances business outcomes by partnering with teams to organize and prioritize requirements
• Develops security solutions that meet business requirements
• Develops software solutions that align with design principles and business objectives
• Optimizes software development testing and verification to enhance component reliability and address operational problems
• Leads packaging and orchestration to efficiently deliver software deployments
• Delivers scalable, business\-aligned system design solutions through predictive or adaptive approaches
