Should be able to create and execute SQL queries.

Excellent understanding of manual test process and defect management.
Proactive in identifying gaps and implementing improvements with very little supervision.
Excellent ability to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Should be able to respond to technical queries and requests from team members and customers.
Ability to work in teams across multiple projects and multiple geographies.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
