• *Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Search Engine Specialist to lead the organic growth strategies for both Vikash Residential School and Vikash Eco Resort Pvt. Ltd.. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sophisticated SEO roadmap that increases organic visibility, drives qualified traffic, and generates distinct brand identities. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in all facets of modern SEO, including Technical SEO, Local/Geographic SEO (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and be adept at tailoring strategies for different market niches.

• *Key Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement comprehensive, long\-term SEO strategies for both the school and the resort websites to achieve top rankings for relevant keywords.
• Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema markup, mobile\-friendliness, and site architecture.
• Perform in\-depth keyword research and collaborate with the content team to create and optimise content that is structured for search engine success.
• Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles for both entities. Build local citations and develop geo\-targeted strategies to dominate local search results for both educational and hospitality queries.
• Optimise content to appear in featured snippets, “People Also Ask” sections, and for voice search queries, establishing our brands as authoritative sources of information.
• Develop and execute a high\-quality link\-building strategy to acquire authoritative backlinks from relevant educational and travel industry websites.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• *Relevant Work Experience:**

• A minimum of 4 years of dedicated, hands\-on experience in a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) role, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving business growth.
• Prior experience managing education (e.g., EdTech, K\-12 schools, higher education, or coaching institutes) and tourism niche is a significant advantage.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

· Certifications in SEO, AEO, GEO or with related fields is an added plus.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
