• *Location:** Airoli

• *Designation:** Security Engineer L1

• *About the Role:** We are looking for a motivated and analytical Security Engineer L1 to join our Security Operations Center (SOC). In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring security alerts, triaging incidents, and supporting the end\-to\-end incident response lifecycle. You will work closely with advanced security tools to detect, investigate, and mitigate potential threats across our enterprise infrastructure.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

● **Alert Triage \& Monitoring:** Monitor and analyze security alerts in real time utilizing a centralized SIEM platform.

● **Endpoint \& Network Protection:** Review and investigate telemetry and security events from EDR (such as CrowdStrike) and network proxy solutions to detect malicious activities and unauthorized access.

● **Web Application Security:** Monitor, analyze, and triage events generated by WAF solutions to protect web applications from common vulnerabilities and attacks.

● **Data Loss Prevention:** Configure, monitor, and investigate alerts from DLP tools to prevent sensitive data exfiltration and ensure internal policy adherence.

● **Threat Investigation \& Response:** Execute initial incident response procedures, perform root cause analysis, and block malicious Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).

● **Vulnerability Management:** Support routine Vulnerability Assessment activities to identify, prioritize, and remediate security posture gaps across systems.

● **Infrastructure Security:** Assist in maintaining network security controls, including micro segmentation policies to limit lateral movement and secure critical assets.

● **Compliance \& Reporting:** Ensure proper incident documentation, maintain audit trails, and support ongoing compliance \& Reporting requirements to meet regulatory and internal SLAs.

• *Key Requirements \& Skills:**

● **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of hands\-on experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or IT security environment.

● **Core Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with SIEM, EDR (CrowdStrike), network proxy systems, WAF, and DLP tools.

● **Security Concepts:** Understanding of network protocols, threat detection methodologies, micro segmentation, and foundational Vulnerability Assessment principles.

● **Process \& Compliance:** Experience with incident ticketing workflows, log correlation, and generating data\-driven compliance \& Reporting metrics

● **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
