Security Operations Manager

The Security Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising complete security operations across company offices, plants, and assets. The role requires an Ex\-Defence professional with strong leadership, discipline, and risk\-management experience.

• *Implement security policies**

Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans

Oversee security of company premises, plants, inventory, vehicles, and assets

Manage deployment, training, and discipline of security personnel and agencies

Ensure access control, visitor management, and perimeter security

Conduct regular security audits, drills, and risk assessments

Coordinate with local police, fire, and emergency authorities

Handle incident reporting, investigations, and preventive measures

Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory security requirements

• *Eligibility**

Ex\-Defence / Paramilitary background mandatory (Army / Navy / Air Force / CAPF)

Minimum 10–20 years of service experience, preferably in security operations

Experience in industrial / plant / infrastructure security preferred

Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency handling, and manpower control

Support management during inspections, audits, and emergency situations

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
