• Experience: Minimum 4\-5 years of experience in Security field or Fresh and lower rank Ex\-servicemen.
• Job Summary: A Security Officer in a resort is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors and resort property. The role involves monitoring security operations, preventing theft and unauthorised access, responding to emergencies, and ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout the resort.

• Key Performance Indicators :To ensure a safe, secure and peaceful environment for guests and employees while protecting the resort's assets, reputation and operations.
• **Guest Safety and Security**
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, visitors, and employees.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment throughout the resort.
• Assist guests during emergencies and security\-related situations.
• Handle guest complaints related to safety and security professionally.
• **Patrolling and Surveillance**
• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, restaurants, swimming pools, gardens, parking areas, and back\-of\-house sections.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
• Check all entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.
• **Access Control**
• Monitor the movement of guests, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Verify employee identification and visitor passes.
• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor vehicle entry and exit.
• **Emergency Management**
• Respond promptly to fire alarms, medical emergencies, accidents, and other incidents.
• Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
• Coordinate with the fire and safety team, medical team, and local authorities when required.
• Ensure emergency exits and fire safety equipment remain accessible.
• **Incident Reporting**
• Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
• Record lost and found items and hand them over according to resort procedures.
• Report theft, damage, suspicious activities, and safety violations to the Security Supervisor or Security Manager.
• Maintain accurate security registers and documentation.
• **Employee and Resort Property Security**
• Monitor employee movement in restricted areas.
• Conduct material checks as per resort policy.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and misuse of resort property.
• Ensure staff follow security rules and regulations.
• **Fire and Safety**
• Check fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and emergency exits.
• Participate in fire drills and emergency training.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards.
• Support the resort's fire prevention and safety procedures.
• **Coordination and Customer Service**
• Coordinate with all resort departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food \& Beverage, and Human Resources.
• Assist guests with directions and general enquiries.
• Maintain professional behaviour, discipline, and confidentiality.
• Follow resort security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Previous experience in security operations, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Knowledge of basic fire and safety procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and access control.
• Good observation and reporting skills.
• Physically fit and alert.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and customer\-oriented.
• **Reports To:** General Manager.
• **Coordinates With:** Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, HR and all other resort departments.
• Guest and employee safety.
• Effective security patrolling.
• Timely incident reporting.
• Prevention of theft and unauthorized access.
• Proper maintenance of security records.
• Emergency response efficiency.
• Compliance with resort security SOPs.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
