- *Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Pune (Wakad) for a SEM Manager. The role involves managing and leading a team to execute effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies.
We are looking for an experienced and performance\-driven **SEM Manager** with expertise in **Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience in managing paid campaigns, building high\-impact social media strategies, optimizing performance metrics, and driving measurable business results.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi\-channel digital campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and major social media platforms**. You will work cross\-functionally with SEO, content, design, development, and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless campaign execution.
- *SEM Strategy, Execution, Optimization \& Management**
- Develop, implement, and manage **end\-to\-end SEM strategies** across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Optimize campaigns continuously to enhance **CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score**, and conversion rates.
- Perform strategic bid and budget management to achieve campaign goals efficiently.
- Execute **A/B tests** for ads, landing pages, and audiences to refine targeting and improve results.
- Track and analyze performance using **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager** and platform dashboards.
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- **4–5 years** of experience in SEM, and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of running high\-performing paid campaigns strategies.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong **leadership and people management skills**, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities, able to address issues promptly and efficiently.
- *Technical Skills**
- Expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads**, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console.
- Experience with SEM tools like **SEMrush, Ahrefs**, and social analytics or listening tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, attribution, and performance optimization.
- *Analytical \& Strategic Skills**
- Data\-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROI\-driven strategy building.
- Strong budgeting and media planning skills.
- Strong leadership skill compelling ad copies and engaging social content.
- Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead \& collaborate with creative teams and guide design requirements.
- The role also requires strong **interpersonal and conflict\-resolution skills** to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
