AllTheMed is seeking a results\-driven SEM Specialist to lead and optimize our paid and organic search marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies across search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), paid social advertising, analytics, and content optimization to drive measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate has hands\-on experience managing campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta platforms, with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to improve website traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including ad spend, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other industry\-standard platforms.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide data\-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO\-optimized content and marketing assets.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and on\-page elements to improve search rankings.
- Develop and execute effective link\-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and search visibility.
- Track keyword rankings and continuously refine SEO and SEM strategies based on performance data.
- Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEM, SEO, and paid media campaign management.
- Hands\-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience defining, tracking, and optimizing marketing KPIs.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, or similar analytics and SEO tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with cross\-functional teams.
- Up\-to\-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Google Ads Certification and Google Analytics Certification.
- Experience working in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO and website optimization.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹1,564,567\.72 per year
