Job Description – **Semi\-Qualified CA / CA**

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced **Semi\-Qualified CA / Chartered Accountant** with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage and support finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and MIS activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and review **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports**.
• Handle **GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances**.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary information/documentation.
• Perform **bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation**.
• Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare **MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analysis**.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash\-flow management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and support timely resolution.
• Assist management in financial planning and decision\-making through relevant analysis.
• Support process improvements and implementation of internal financial controls.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• **CA / Semi\-Qualified CA (CA Inter)** with **3–4 years of relevant experience**.
• Strong knowledge of **Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances**.
• Good understanding of financial statements and audit processes.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in **MS Excel** and accounting/ERP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
