The Role: Academic Counsellor

You’ll be the first voice a learner hears when they’re standing at a crossroads in their career. Your job is to listen, guide, inspire, and help them take the leap.

What You’ll Do

• Counsel prospective learners and guide them toward the right program
• Manage and follow up on a lead pipeline with consistency
• Convert inquiries into enrolments by building real trust
• Collaborate with the academic team for smooth onboarding
• Maintain CRM records and achieve weekly/monthly targets

We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or a student\-facing role
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Target\-driven with a genuine passion for helping people grow
• Basic comfort with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
