Senior Account Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the overall accounting and financial activities of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounts, taxation, statutory compliance, vendor payments, financial reporting, budgeting, and coordination with auditors while ensuring smooth financial operations in an environmental consultancy setup.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle day\-to\-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Monitor project\-wise accounting, billing, revenue tracking, and expense allocation.
• Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and client invoicing.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and statutory records.
• Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records in soft copy and hard copy formats.
• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for payment collections.
• Coordinate with project teams for project\-related financial data and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support during ISO, NABET, or other compliance audits related to finance documentation.
• Handle payroll coordination and salary processing support, if required.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Experience in GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• *Qualification**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
• M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred.

• *Experience**

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounts \& Finance.
• Experience in consultancy, project\-based organizations, or environmental sector preferred.
• Only Mumbai candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹15,608\.06 \- ₹41,388\.52 per month
