• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audit activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, maintain statutory compliance, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and financial reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Support management in financial planning and strategic decision\-making.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
• CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP or ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
