• *About the Role**

We're hiring an **Senior Accountant** to join our growing Finance \& Accounting team. This is a hands\-on, high\-ownership role at the heart of our financial operations, supporting everything from day\-to\-day bookkeeping through to financial reporting, compliance, and our upcoming ERP migration.

You will be a key member of a lean finance team, working closely with our outsourced accounting partners, the India Accounting Lead, and U.S. leadership. This is an opportunity to build deep expertise in a fast\-growing, venture\-backed hardware and technology company — and to play a central role in maturing our financial infrastructure as we scale toward and beyond our Series B.

• *What You'll Do**

• Own end\-to\-end bookkeeping — including GL maintenance, AP/AR processing, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset management — ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all entries.
• Drive the monthly close process — prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations, and maintain the close calendar to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Prepare financial statements — produce monthly and annual P\&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Deliver MIS reporting — prepare variance analysis, departmental cost reports, and KPI dashboards that give leadership clear, actionable financial insight.
• Support ERP migration activities — act as the primary liaison with the outsourced accounting firm on the ERP transition; own data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), SOP documentation, and post go\-live support.
• Ensure compliance — manage statutory filings, support internal and external audits, and maintain strong internal controls and documentation across all accounting processes.

• *Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA/ACCA, CPA, or CMA certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands\-on accounting experience, ideally at a high\-growth technology, hardware, or manufacturing company.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge with experience managing or coordinating with outsourced accounting firms.
• Proficient in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar); ERP migration experience is a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to meet tight close deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross\-functionally in a fast\-paced environment.
• Flexibility for periodic calls across time zones (e.g., U.S.) as needed.
