JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

• *Experience:** 5–10 Years
• *Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Depending on experience and knowledge)
• *Position:** Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities – Accounting \& Finance

• Handle complete day\-to\-day accounting operations.
• Maintain sales, purchase, journal, contra, and payment entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly closing reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and vendor accounts.

GST, Taxation \& Compliance

• Handle complete GST compliance and GST return filing (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B).
• GST reconciliation and input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.
• Ensure timely GST and TDS payments and statutory compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation for GST and taxation.
• Handle E\-way Bill and E\-invoicing compliance.
• Coordinate with CA and auditors for tax\-related matters.
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Handle audit queries and provide required financial documents.
• Ensure all accounting and statutory records are maintained properly.

• Ability to independently manage complete accounts and finance operations.
• Excellent command of Advanced Excel and Tally Prime.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹46,000\.00 per month
