Position: Senior Accountant
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with strong expertise in accounting operations, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and ERP\-based accounting systems. Candidates with experience in the construction or civil engineering industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Work efficiently on Tally, ERP, or SAP systems.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- CA Inter, CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Prior experience in the Civil, Construction, Infrastructure, or Industrial sector preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Expertise in taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and SAP software.
- Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and time management skills.
