• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to manage financial reporting, MIS preparation, account reconciliation, and transaction monitoring in our fintech organization.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Monitor payments, receipts, settlements, and outstanding transactions.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and month\-end closing.
• Analyse financial data and improve reporting processes.

• *Required Skills:**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2\+ years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience in fintech or financial services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
