• *Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *1\. Financial Accounting**

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (day\-to\-day accounting entries).
• Handle general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• *2\. Accounts Payable \& Receivable**

• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
• Track receivables and follow up for collections.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.

• *3\. Bank \& Cash Management**

• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.
• Handle banking transactions and coordination.

• *4\. Taxation \& Compliance**

• Handle GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of returns and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits.

• *5\. Payroll Support**

• Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliation.
• Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT) are accurate.

• *6\. Audit \& Reporting**

• Support internal and external audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
• Identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.

• *7\. Budgeting \& Cost Control**

• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Track expenses and control costs.

• *8\. Coordination**

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
• Liaise with banks, tax consultants, and vendors.

• *Skills Required:**

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in GST, TDS, and compliance
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)
• Analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Attention to detail

• *Experience:**

• 4–7 years in accounting/finance role
