Senior Accounts Executive / Manager (Inter CA)

• *Role Overview** You will take charge of the finalization of accounts, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This role requires someone who can look beyond daily data entry to ensure our financial health is properly monitored and legally compliant.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle the finalization of accounts (Profit \& Loss, Balance Sheet) independently.
• Manage advanced tax computations, including Income Tax, GST, and TDS compliance.
• Coordinate directly with external auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for the management team.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and FMCG inventory valuation.
• Guide and support junior accounting staff.

• *Requirements**

• **Education:** CA Intermediate (Inter CA) cleared.
• **Experience:** Minimum 5 to 10 years of post\-qualification or relevant experience.
• Strong experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• In\-depth knowledge of current accounting standards, tax laws, and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to work independently and report directly to senior management.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
