Work Location \- Bengaluru

Experience \- 4\-6 Years

Working Days \- 5\.5 days work week (Saturday's would be half day)

Every 3rd Saturday of the month would be fixed off.

• *Role Description:** The Senior Accounts Executive will manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring budgets, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory regulations. The Senior Accounts Executive will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and auditors, should have mandatory experience in Import and export maintain accurate financial documentation, and support financial planning and reporting for projects in the defense electronics domain and looking. This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

• *Qualifications:**

Strong skills in general accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and supporting audits and statutory compliance.

Experience using accounting and ERP software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools for data analysis and documentation.

Ability to interpret and apply relevant tax regulations, accounting standards, and corporate finance principles.

Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross\-functional teams, vendors, and auditors.

Should have mandatory experience in Import and export in the accounting industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA intermediate, B Com, M Com, MBA into Finance) are an advantage.
